Meet the Pulsar 260. A nice integration of a phone and player. The pod enables you to change track and volume without touching the phone (or other Bluetooth stereo device). When a call comes in, the music is paused automatically and you answer the call simply by pressing a button on the corded headset. It has up to 9 hours talk-time or up to 7 hours music listening time and 10-meter range and Bluetooth V2.0.
The Plantronics Pulsar 260 is $ 110. A steal, really.
iRiver T50 is like the T150 in Terminator 3 movie

The iRiver T50 PMP is really like that unit among all the pmp’s. With 1GB of flash memory and 52 hours of playback, this player is something a die hard music addict can trip on. Playback can be monitored on the 1-inch CSTN LCD. It comes with support for MP3, OGG and WMA DRM10 audio and can also read BMP images. You can also find a FM tuner and voice recorder in this one. And it runs on a single AAA battery. Impressive. In black or white.
The iRiver T50 will cost 9,980 yen ($85) when it shows up on Japanese turn on 14th April.
Sunconnection’s SC-VP200SD PMP hits Japan

So, here is the SC-VP200SD PMP with camera. The SC-VP200SD has a 2.4 inch TFT screen with a resolution of 480 x 320 pixels. It supports playback of MP3 and MPEG-4 file formats and JPEG files for photo viewing. As for the camera it is a standard 1.3 Megapixel with support for video recording at 320 x 240 pixels (30 fps). The unit has AV In/Out ports for direct connection to the TV. Also included is a microphone and Line In slot for voice recording in MP3 / WAV format. The SC-VP200SD has only 128 MB of internal memory however it can be further expanded via SD card slot. The Lithium Ion battery charges fully in 3 hours and provides 4 hours of continuous playback.
The Sunconnection SC-VP200SD measures 108×56×14.5mm and weighs 110 grams. It is available in black and white color for 12,800 Yen ($ 110) in Japan
Pink it was love at first sight, pink Zune

Yeah, it was and the Pink Zune will be out on May 1st. The Pink Zune will feature a 30GB memory and a built-in FM tuner among other things. You can even share (wirelessly) selected full-length sample tracks, playlists, pictures or your tracks directly from Zune to Zune. It allows you to listen to the full-length songs that you receive up to three times in three days, pick the ones you like and buy them the next time you sync up. You can discover new music in the Zune Marketplace too.
It’s just a pink Zune, right.
Coby’s Affair

Coby is trying to steal Sandisk”s Sansa Xpress thunder. The MP C-896 comes with a high-contrast LCD display with backlight and supports MP3 and WMA digital files. The good thing is that this player can play the music bought from most online stores. ID3 and LRC support for song and synchronized lyric information display is also there. It also includes FM radio, mic, Digital voice recorder, mobile data storage and USB 2.0 connectivity. The MP-C683 stands apart with its SD/MMC Card Slot, to increase memory. Otherwise except for the size, most of the features are common.
Coby MP-C896 and MP-C683, both include Professional Stereo Earphones, USB Extension Cable, installation CD and 1xAAA battery. There is no information about price or release date, but we’ll check for that and keep it updated.
Bytes and bits of gigabeat U series by Toshiba

The new gigabeat U series of music players from Toshiba com in 1GB (U101) and 2GB (U201) capacity. The 1GB-U101 comes in three colors while 2GB-U201 in two colors. Feature of Toshiba’s new line of gigabeat U series is the integration of FM receiver/transmitter allowing you record FM broadcasts to MP3, share audio collection with your car audio system or any other DAP equipped with an FM receiver. The USB AC adaptor MEPUAA 10 (sold separately) takes 10 minutes to fully charge the battery. Fully charged battery lasts for 3 hours of continual music play back
The 1.1-inch organic EL display sporting a 96×96 resolution can display JPEG images as well as time besides artist name, FM station name etc. The Toshiba gigabit U series music players will be available from April 7th for ¥13,800 ($118) for the 1GB player and ¥16,800 (about $142) for the 2GB model.

Qrio a Korean electronic manufacturer unveiled the Q4 a super compact PMP. The unit features a bright 2.4 inch display supporting 260k colors. With no controls present on the face of the player it looks as if the PMP has a touchscreen, but instead it has controls hidden away on the side. It has 4GB of onboard flash memory, but lacks an expansion slot or Bluetooth / Wi-Fi. It can playback popular audio and video formats and boasts an easy to use interface. Needless to say the G4 offers all the essential features in a sleek design. It connects to the host via USB 2.0.

The Bling Player tries hard to be a wannabe digital player with all its stones and gems and fake diamonds studded to the sides and skull and crossbones-adorned dog tag dangling from a chain.

Nah, bling it. I was hoping this trend to calm down.
Symphonia El Gresso

The luxury phone maker Gresso have expanded into the MP3 player market. The Gresso Symphonia is available in African Blackwood like the phone, white or pink gold or a combination of African Blackwood and white or pink gold. It has one gigabyte of internal flash memory and supports Mp3, WMA, ASF and OGG music formats and has a built-in FM Tuner. The Gresso Symphonia is 39 millimeters by 39 millimeters by 10.5 millimeters and will be available in the spring.
Radio gaga — Sony’sXDV-100 AM / FM tuner

Sony Japan announced the XDV-100 AM / FM tuner which looks more like a PMP. The pocket sized device sports a 2.83 inch color display supporting a resolution of 240 x 320 pixels. And the it packs in a 1 Seg TV tuner too so you can watch Sesame Street on the move. For easy menu access and tuning it has a jog dial near the display. Battery lasts 5 hours of TV viewing and 25 hours of radio.
The Sony XDV-100 tuner will be available in silver and black color. The unit measures 98.3×15.1×61mm and weighs 110 grams. It goes on sale by April 15 for 40,000 Yen ($ 345).
